CRI Worldwide, Inc.

In July 2008, Pharsight® formed an alliance with CRI Worldwide to offer combined services including trial design, simulation, execution, analysis and reporting. The alliance provides a broader solution to customers and addresses the growing need for drug development companies to improve the efficiency in their performance and analysis of clinical trials. CRI Worldwide, with headquarters in Clementon, NJ, is a leading provider of Phase I-IV clinical development testing and research services for central nervous system (CNS), psychiatric, pain and other drug compounds. CTC Laboratory Systems Corporation

In June 2006, Pharsight announced a product distribution partnership with CTC Laboratory Systems Corporation of Tokyo, Japan. Under the terms of this agreement, CTC will distribute Pharsight Knowledgebase Server™, PKS Reporter™, PKS Validation Suite™, and Pharsight Trial Simulator™ to the Japanese market. The partnership with CTC allows Pharsight to enhance its ability to serve the Japanese pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets, and for Japanese PKS clients to leverage CTC's IT capabilities to realize higher benefit from Pharsight products through enhanced local support and integration services.

CTC Laboratory Systems Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, is one of five subsidiaries of Itochu Techno Sciences Corporation, a $2.1 billion subsidiary of Japanese trading company Itochu. The parent company has operations in 80 countries. CTC focuses on the development, sale, and support of application systems for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. CTC's major lines of business include resale of hardware and software, local support services, IT solutions, and consulting. Insightful Corporation (formerly MathSoft, Inc.)

In March 1999, Pharsight announced a technology and marketing partnership with Insightful Corporation (formerly the Data Analysis Division of MathSoft, Inc.) As a result of this agreement, Pharsight is now a worldwide value-added-reseller (VAR) of MathSoft’s S-PLUS® software, the industry’s leading tool for data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling. Pharsight is integrating S-PLUS into current and future releases of its software, including Pharsight Trial Simulator.

LabLogic Systems Limited

In September 2006, Pharsight announced a cooperation agreement with LabLogic Systems Limited to enhance the link between Debra™, LabLogic's drug metabolism Laboratory Information Management System, and Pharsight's WinNonlin® software for pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and non-compartmental analysis. Under the terms of the cooperation agreement, WinNonlin's Automation Application Programming Interface (API) is available in Debra 5.6.3, enabling users of both systems to select time-concentration data in Debra and export it to WinNonlin for analysis.

LabLogic Systems Limited started trading in 1979, initially supplying Radio HPLC, Radio TLC and Radio GC measurement instrumentation throughout the research and development industry. The company then became involved in the supply and integration of applications software to compliment its growing instrument product range. From this background, LabLogic proceeded to provide bespoke LIMS for ADME drug metabolism laboratories and has progressed to providing flexible 'off the shelf' solutions, which has resulted in LabLogic now being viewed as the world leading supplier of Laboratory Information Management Systems.
