DMX® Features
Key features of DMX Web Server for drug development project teams include:
- Flexible web interface to perform “what-if” analysis on likely compound
behavior from a database of pre-simulated responses within a given decision
domain of inputs and scenarios (e.g., endpoints, doses, covariates, comparator
treatments).
- NEW profiles features allows more prominent visual display and exploration of success predictions, based on specific performance targets set for one or more endpoints as part of a defined product profile.
- DMX plot, table and profile summary output can be copied or downloaded into compatible
Windows-based applications, such as Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint®.
- Updated user interface for the desktop viewing application to provide same look and feel as web-based client.
- Links to model assumptions and supporting documentation for efficient
team interaction and increased confidence in model-based results.
- Easy-to-use desktop publishing tools convert raw simulation outputs
into a data format that is displayed by DMX, supporting rapid update
cycles to incorporate new model-based information at any stage of compound
development. The publishing process requires pre-simulated data to be
saved in S-PLUS® or SAS file format; simulations can be run using these
software packages or other industry standard software such as NONMEM®.
- Browser-based tools for centralized management of system users, projects,
and permissions to model-based results.
