Phoenix® Connect™ Features

Phoenix Connect contains a powerful set of features designed to merge the tools found in the Phoenix platform with a number of popular software tools used by PK/PD scientists. 

Phoenix Connect's features include:

  • Workflow objects for NONMEM®, R®, SAS®, S-Plus®, and SigmaPlot® operate as shells that allow users to import and map data, set the location of external executables, import and map scripts, import controls, execute external commands, and graph or plot the results.
  • Access to any row-oriented data source that has a Microsoft® Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) driver accessed via the latest version of ODBC API.
  • Tools that enable data sharing with collaborators and regulators using the CDISC SDTM standard import & export capabilities.
  • Custom Query Builder for creating dynamic link library (DLL) files that can access additional data source types, including Watson 6.0 DMLIMS.
  • Powerful Workflow Engine, including tools to graphically visualize your workflow in reusable schematics.
  • Table and data management module that provides a quick and easy way to tabulate data while allowing the flexibility to edit it in Microsoft® Excel.
  • Graphics module that produces high-quality outputs for faster, integrated communication of results.
  • Capability to create a template from a full or partial workflow (i.e. the collection of linked analysis steps) for later use to analyze other datasets.
