Phoenix® WinNonlin®: Get It Now!

If you are currently a licensed user of WinNonlin and have a current support agreement in place with Pharsight OR are a currently licensed user of Phoenix WinNonlin (version 6.0), then upgrading to Phoenix WinNonlin 6.1 is free. Just follow the instructions on this page to get up and running today!

First read and then follow the process below to ensure that Phoenix WinNonlin works properly.

Step 1: Check System Requirements. The requirements for the easiest upgrade path to Phoenix WinNonlin are:

  • You must have WinNonlin (or version 6.0 of Phoenix WinNonlin) installed on the same PC on which you will install Phoenix WinNonlin
  • System Administrator Rights on your PC
  • Access to the Internet
  • Confirm that you have met the minimum system requirements

Step 2: Download Software. Download Phoenix WinNonlin from Customer Support Portal. If you have a valid WinNonlin license, simply download Phoenix WinNonlin and it will use your existing license to operate. 

Install

Step 3: Install. Install Phoenix WinNonlin, referring to specific installation instructions in the Getting Started Guide®. 

You must install Phoenix WinNonlin on a computer with an existing installation of WinNonlin (or earlier version 6.0 of Phoenix WinNonlin) for the upgrade process to work correctly.

When prompted to use an existing license file that the Phoenix WinNonlin installation program discovers on your computer, click Yes.  

Phoenix WinNonlin will use your existing WinNonlin license (or your existing Phoenix WinNonlin 6.0 license) to operate.  If you encounter problems with your license, refer to the license help page on our Support site.  If you do not have a valid WinNonlin license or previously issued Phoenix WinNonlin license, contact Sales at sales@pharsight.com
