  • Workflows For Better Organization and Reusability of Analyses: Data manipulation and analysis steps are recorded graphically in a map-like view, enabling easy organization and display of various study components and their
    relationships (inputs, analyses, outputs). Copy and reuse workflows as templates to automate routine analyses in other studies with similar designs.
  • Improved Data Visualization and Graphics: New high-quality graphics (e.g., new trellis plots, graph types) are easily exported to multiple file formats. Graphics are one of the many components of workflows, so you can reuse your favorite plots with new datasets.
  • More Flexible Data Management Tools: Import data and edit imported data using Excel from directly within the Phoenix interface. New data transformation features include worksheet splitting and enhanced data stacking. All data management steps are part of workflows and can be visualized and reused.
  • Enhanced Modeling Capabilities: Enhanced NCA engine allows simultaneous execution of multiple models. Data, models, and results are contained within a single project file. Comparisons of results from several model runs are readily available and can be shared. New Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) engine can be applied to individual or naïve, pooled analysis, easing the transition to population modeling.
  • Expanded Templates for Improved Data Tabulation: WinNonlin table templates have been expanded to include an additional ?Default? template that allows you to design different tabulations of data.
  • Access to Plug-In Architecture and Enhanced Performance: Phoenix WinNonlin with Phoenix Connect enables seamless integration with third-party industry tools. Phoenix Connect comes with plug-ins for interoperability with PKS, S-PLUS®, R®, SigmaPlot®, SAS® and NONMEM® 6 as well as tools to import/export CDISC SDTM sas export files.
