Using Pharsight® Trial Simulator™

Drug Model

Trial Simulator simulations use a probabilistic drug model, describing drug action over time in individual subjects as a function of subject characteristics, drug and disease actions, placebo effects, random factors, etc. The drug model summarizes current knowledge about the study drug(s). It encapsulates known sources of variability, and formalizes assumptions about the drug(s) and subjects.

A built-in simulation window facilitates model testing in real-time.
