Using Pharsight® Trial Simulator™

Simulation Results

When simulation is complete, you can analyze the raw data and/or study analysis results using Trial Simulator's analysis and plotting features. Trial Simulator's post-simulation analysis features include sorted and filtered grid views of the data, descriptive statistics and transformations, ANOVA, ANCOVA, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and custom S-PLUS® analyses. Trial Simulator includes a special edition of S-PLUS Professional for flexible plots and custom analyses.

To perform analyses in other third-party software, you can export selected data or, before simulation, opt to save the output to a binary database.
